How it works
Systemic Team Coaching works at the intersection of SYSTEM and PERSON.
Most coaches work with individuals OR teams. I work with both, because individual patterns create team dysfunction, and broken systems break individuals.
Systemic Team Coaching doesn’t fix individuals and hopes the team improves. It addresses the team as a living system, the relationships, the patterns, the unspoken dynamics, the ways people interact, communicate, decide, and navigate conflict together.
This isn’t a workshop. It’s a partnership designed for:
