Hi there, I’m Miriam, your communication doc and a reformed “worrywart“.

I grew up in a Portuguese family where emotions spoke louder than the soccer fans on a Sunday.

As a neurolinguist and emotional intelligence expert, I have applied my teachings to myself first and know, first hand, how impactful they are.

There have always been chaotic moments throughout my life that I had to learn to deal with but never like this moment we are living right now.

Yes, these are trying times but I invite you not to panic. I invite you to choose purpose and calm over anxiety and fear.
